Discussion and possible action pertaining to two proposed commercial demolition projects, located at 330 8th Street and 206 S. Washington Street. 

As part of the ongoing efforts of the Neighborhood Improvement Services division to demolish substandard structures, Community Development Director George Fuller is preparing to conduct two commercial demolitions located at 330 8th Street and 206 S. Washington Street.  The cost of the demolition at 330 8th Street is not to exceed $50,000. Further, the cost of the demolition at 206 S. Washington Street is not to exceed $20,000. Both demolitions will be conducted within thirty (30) days following Economic Development Corporation approval.
 
Funds are available in the TCEDC budget line item for Demolitions (801-050-53110). 

Approve expenditures not to exceed $70,000 for two commercial demolition projects, located at 330 8th Street and 206 S. Washington Street.
