ACTION REQUEST
Consider approval of a request to amend the fiscal year 2022-2023 budget to appropriate funds for Natatorium HVAC removal and installation project.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
In May 2023, City Commission approved the purchase and funding of new HVAC equipment for the Natatorium. In June 2023, bids were solicited for a contractor to remove the old HVAC system and install the new system. The bid from the recommended contractor is $806,000.
A budget amendment is required from the General Fund's unassigned fund balance.
