ACTION REQUEST
Resolution approving the renewal of the semi-annual Service Agreement for the support and maintenance of the Public Safety Software package from CentralSquare, for the semi-annual amount of $51,585.95.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
This is a semi-annual Service Agreement for the support and maintenance of the Public Safety Software package; the semi-annual amount is $51,585.95. This agreement will expire at the end of March shortly after the transition to Motorola One Solutions, which will serve as the Public Safety Software moving forward. Funds are budgeted in the Police Department Equipment Rental budget line.
RECOMMENDATION
The Chief and Command Staff recommend the approval of the expenditure of $51,585.95 to CentralSquare for the Service Agreement.
