ACTION REQUEST
Approve and execute an engineering agreement with ARKK Engineer, LLC., from Houston, Texas, for the Water Line Replacement Project - Phase 22.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
ARKK Engineers, LLC.has submitted an Agreement for Services for the engineering services for the Water Line Replacement Project - Phase 22, totaling $211,175.00. This project is in the 2024-2025 Budget (account # 501705-55690). A copy of the agreement is attached for your review.
RECOMMENDATION
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to approve a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement for Services with ARKK Engineers, LLC.for the Water Line Replacement Project - Phase 22 for the engineering services from the design phase through all construction phases.
