To appoint Mary Goldner to the Cultural Arts Foundation Corporation.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
In April, Staff was informed that Mark Lyon was no longer employed as the Director of Fine Arts for Texas City ISD. Historically, a member of the Cultural Arts Foundation Corporation has been an employee of TCISD and is directly connected to the arts.
