Consider approval of a request to amend the City of Texas City’s fiscal year 2009-10 budget.
BACKGROUND
A budget amendment is needed to provide additional funding in the amount of $55,000 for the foundation leveling ($42,350) and asbestos abatement ($10,000 est) of the City Hall Annex located at 928 5th Avenue N. Funds are available in the General Fund.
Please see the attached agreement from Rocks Foundation Repair for a detailed description of the work to be completed.
