Commission approval of TCEQ Annual Water System and Waste Water Permit Fees.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
Set up a blanket purchase order for TCEQ in the amount of $130,000, we have received the wastewater bill (attached) and water is typically sent in December.FY26 (see Exhibit A)
