ACTION REQUEST

Commission approval for the purchase of a new Sanitary and Stormwater Sewer-Line Inspection Camera Van from Chastang Ford for the amount of $295.425.00 through HGAC AM10-23.

BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)

The current camera van system is 12 years old and needs to be replaced because the truck and camera system are requiring more frequent and expensive repairs and the quality of the camera system and related equipment has become antiquated.  For a detailed vehicle description, please see Exhibit A.

RECOMMENDATION

It's the recommendation of the Utilities Department for the City Commission to approve the purchase of this equipment.
