ACTION REQUEST
A resolution authorizing the purchase of one fire engine (Engine 55) from All Source Enterprises LLC dba Safe Industries through the HGAC cooperative purchasing contract (Contract #FS12-23) in an amount not to exceed $1,237,000.00.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
This purchase is for new Fire Station 5 and will be used for emergency response operations. The procurement is being made through the HGACBuy Cooperative Purchasing Program (Contract #FS12-23). The estimated delivery timeframe for the apparatus is approximately 37 months from receipt of the signed order. Funding for this purchase is included in the FY26 Certificate of Obligation.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of a resolution authorizing the purchase of one fire engine (Engine 55) from All Source Enterprises LLC dba Safe Industries through the HGACBuy Cooperative Purchasing Program (Contract #FS12-23) in an amount not to exceed $1,237,000.00, funded through the FY26 Certificate of Obligation
