ACTION REQUEST
Commission approval for Generocity Service to build a warehouse enclosure at Building Services location in the amount of $73,861.00 using Choice Partners Contract #23/016MR-17.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
With the City now responsible for maintaining traffic control signals, it has become necessary to have an area to safely store signal equipment and parts inventory. For a proposal details and scope of work (see Exhibit A)
RECOMMENDATION
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department that the commission approve this necessary warehouse addition to provide the needed space for traffic control purposes.
