ANALYSIS
The low responsible bid meeting all specifications was received from Dorsett Bros., in Pasadena, for the unit prices bid per ton.
It is my recommendation to award the Cement Stabilized Sand Annual Contract to Dorsett Bros., for the unit prices bid per ton and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
