ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Deed for sale of three lots located at 102 N. Washington, also known as Lots 114, 115 and 116 of Booker T. Washington Subdivision to Habitat for Humanity for a purchase price of $3,000.00. Habitat for Humanity will use the property to build two homes under their program.

Habitat for Humanity has asked to purchase property from the City for building houses under their program.
