ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
BACKGROUND
The City of Texas City entered into an agreement in 2009 with Texas-New Mexico Power Company in its CitySmart Program. Participating in this program rewards the City for conservation and implementation of energy saving programs. The recent installation of solar film has resulted in an energy savings for the City of Texas City to receive a check in the amount of $11,442.75.
