Consider approval of a request to amend the City of Texas City's fiscal year 2009/2010 budget.
BACKGROUND
A budget amendment is needed to carry forward funding for the Sanders/Vincent Center, which was originally funded in the 2008/2009 adopted budget and partially funded in the 2009/2010 adopted budget.
