ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
In accordance with the Ordinance:
Sec. 78-56. Review of juvenile curfew ordinance.
Before the third anniversary of the date of adoption of this juvenile curfew ordinance, and every third year thereafter, the city commission shall:
(1) Review the ordinance's effects on the community and on problems the ordinance was intended to remedy;
(2) Conduct a public hearing on the need to continue the ordinance; and
(3) Abolish, continue, or modify the ordinance.
