Nustar is requesting for  a Texas Enterprise Zone project.  The city has already used 3 of their available nominations and has 3 remaining through the end of this biennium (August 31, 2011). NuStar is requesting one nomination for their project, which would leave the city with 2 remaining nominations through the end of the biennium.  Valero is has been approved by the city for a Super Jumbo project which is the equivalent of three projects.  No other industry or businesses have indicated they will be making a request this biennium.  This project does not affect local sales tax.  Detalis are included in the attachments.
