Approve Interlocal Agreement between City and TCISD to engineer and construct a pedestrian crossing bridge at Levi Fry Intermediate School.
BACKGROUND
The purpose of this Interlocal Agreement is to formalize the agreement between the City and TCISD to engineer and construct a pedestrian bridge located on the City's drainage easement at Levi Fry Intermediate School and to address and resolve mobility and safety issues for students.
