ANALYSIS
Two bids were received by local vendors. The vendors are In-Line Graphix Company and Designs of Texas. The low bidder was Designs of Texas but per attached documention from Mr. Jay Williams with the Department of Recreation & Tourism he requests approval to award the above described bid to In-Line Graphix Company as the best interest for the City of Texas City.
