ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approve and award RFP #2010-966 Temporary Employment Services Annual Contract.
BACKGROUND
RFP packets were mailed to eight (8) area vendors on May 14, 2010. A proposal tabulation is attached for your review.
Proposals were due Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 2:00 P.M.

ANALYSIS
Six (6) proposals were received from the following agencies: CCS, Ann Best, TEI, Action, Labor Finders and Meador. All proposing companies met qualifying criteria and the fee schedules provided by each is outlined in the Bid attached.
Per proposals received the low responsible proposal meeting all specifications by the Human Resources Department was received from Ann Best Temporary Services for the overall pricing per positions stated.
It is recommended to award the Annual Contract to Ann Best and that the Mayor is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
