Resolution No. 08-023 allowing the

2008 Extraterritorial Jurisdictional Boundary agreement between the

Resolution No. 08-026 authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement between the Galveston County Fire Fighters Association and City of Texas City (Fire Department) for

suspending the effective date of Centerpoint Energy Gas' rate increase for the maximum period permitted by law to allow the City time to evaluate the filing, determine whether the filing complies with law, and if lawful, to determine what further strategy, including settlement, to pursue; also participation in Gulf Coast Coalition and hire legal and consulting services.
