Resolution No. 09-067 proclaiming the City's support of the
2010 Census Count. (Planning Dept.)

Consider approval of
Resolution No. 09-068 authorizing the Mayor to execute an
Interlocal Governmental Agreement by and between the County of Galveston, the City of Texas City, City of LaMarque and the City of Galveston; its purpose is to agree to an
equal split of the 2009 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant.

Consider approval of
Resolution No. 09-069 appointment of
Deputy City Secretary and Records Management Officer. (Mayor)

Consider approval of
Resolution No. 09-070 declaring two of the Texas City Police Department's 1998 Crown Victoria's as surplus; and approving the
donation of the surplus vehicles to the City of Montgomery Police Department. (Police Dept.)
