Consider and take action on Resolution No. 16-088,  approving the purchase of seventeen (17) police vehicles through Buyboard - Local Government Purchasing Cooperative.  (Police Department).

Consider and take action on Resolution No. 16-089, suspending the increased rates of CenterPoint Energy for the Houston Coastal Division to allow the City of Texas City time to study the request and establish reasonable rates.  (Management Services)
