Consider approval of Ordinance No. 10-24 authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Agreement by and between the City of Texas City and the County of Galveston relating to the reconstruction of the Texas City Dike and the Texas City Dike Road, the reassignment of an easement and the designation of the Texas City Dike and the Texas City Dike Road as a municipal public park, in addition to serving as a breakwater.
