Consider approval of Resolution No. 11-047 authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Agreement approving an equal split of the 2011 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) between the City of Texas City and County of Galveston to purchase tactical equipment, tactical patrol equipment and investigative surveillance equipment. Consider approval of Resolution No. 11-048 authorizing the Mayor to execute Acknowledgment of and Consent to Assignment (Utility Services Agreement) and Acknowledgment of and Consent to Assignment (Development Agreement) which allows Regions Bank the option to assume rights and duties under the agreements with the City in the event of foreclosure.
