Consider approval of the minutes from March 16, 2011 Texas City Historical Preservation Corporation meeting.
(b)
Consider approval of Resolution No. 11-02 adopting the Texas City Historical Preservation Corporation 2011-2012 fiscal year budget, approved by the City Commission of the City of Texas City.
(c)
Consider approval of Resolution No. 11-03 approving the actions of the officers of the Texas City Historical Preservation Corporation during the fiscal year 2010-2011.
(d)
Consider approval of Resolution No. 11-04 approving a contract with Museum Works for Audio Tour professional services including equipment and amending the budget for such services and equipment.
(e)
Consider approval of Resolution No. 11-05 allowing the Board Secretary to execute any and all documents regarding minutes and other actions previously approved by the Texas City Historical Preservation Corporation.
(f)
Approve appointment of Nicholas Finan as Registered Agent.
(g)
Consider election of officers.

(a)
Update on the USS Westfield.
(b)
Update by Linda Turner on tours, Davison/Heritage Square, rentals, and other items of interest.
(c)
Open Meetings Act Training will be Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 3:30 p.m. and Thursday, November 10, 2011 at 12:00 p.m., in the City Hall Council Room.
