Consider approval of minutes from the November 7, 2007 Regular Called City Commission Meeting.

Consider approval of Resolution No. 07-143 awarding a six (6) month contract for the purchase of Liquid Asphalt – Transport Load.  (Purchasing Dept.)

Consider approval of Resolution No. 07-146 terminating a contract with Golden Triangle for the purchase and delivery of Water and Sewer Line Repair Material Annual Contract - sections 5, 8 and 9.  (Purchasing Dept.)

Consider approval Resolution No. 07-144 approving the revised Department Of Transporation Federal Transit Administration Anti-Drug and Alcohol Misues Prevention Plan. (Human Resources Dept.)

Consider approval of Ordinance No. 07-44 amending the Code of Ordinances City of Texas City Chapter 118, "Traffic and Vehicles", Section 118-40 by deleting restrictions for driving or operating any vehicle on hospital grounds.    (Police Dept.)
