Consider and take action on Resolution No. 14-030, authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement to allow for the exchange of leases with Texas City Terminal for properties located in front of Marathon along 4th Avenue South from 7th Street to 10th Street up to 2nd Avenue South; the southeast corner of Dike Road and Bay Street (the old driving range); and 10th Street from Texas Avenue to 5th Avenue North (Texas City Terminal Rock Yard).
