Consider and take action on approval of Ordinance No. 14-12 amending Title V. Public Works, Chapter 50, Section 38, Water Rates, Division A, of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Texas City. (Utility Billing Department)

Consider and take action on Ordinance No. 14-13, amending the City of Texas City's fiscal year 2013-14 Budget to account for donations received by the Texas City Fire Department. (Finance)
