Public hearing to hear citizens' opinions in favor of or in opposition to the proposed 2014 tax rate of $0.438 per $100 valuation. This rate exceeds the effective tax rate of $0.407234 per $100 valuation, but is less than the rollback tax rate of $0.439450 per $100 valuation. The proposed rate is $0.015 less than the 2013 tax rate of $0.453 per $100 valuation. (Finance)
