Consider and take action on Resolution No. 17-039, approving an Interlocal Agreement with the Harris County Department of Education that will allow the City of Texas City to participate and to become a member with Choice Partners Cooperative Interlocal Agreement and a contract vendor. (Purchasing)

Consider and take action on Resolution No. 17-040, awarding Bid # 2017-029 Gasoline and Diesel Annual Contract. (Public Works)

Consider and take action on Resolution No. 17-041, amending Resolution No. 17-002 to adopt additional tax abatement guidelines and criteria in accordance with Chapter 312 of the Texas Tax Code. (Management Services)
