Consider and take action on Resolution No. 14-122, authorizing the Mayor the execute a revised contract for fiscal year 2015 between the Galveston County Health District and the City of Texas City for water pollution control and abatement services. (Utilities.)

Consider and take action on Resolution 14-123, awarding a contract for RFP # 2015-077 Control System Maintenance and Repairs Annual Contract. (Purchasing)

Consider and take action on Resolution No. 14-124, authorizing the Mayor to execute a Dredged Material Disposal Easement Agreement with the Texas City Terminal Railway Company. (Management Services)

Consider and take action on Resolution No. 14-125, authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement between New Gen Strategies and Solutions for auditing of Utility Franchise Fee Payments. (Management Services)
