ITEM NO. 1 Review and approval of detailed site plan for Huntington Lago Mar Apartments. Being 5.617 acres out of the A. Farmer League Survey. Consisting of 148 apartments and located on the north side of Holland Road just west of I-45 (Action).
ITEM NO. 2 Review and approval of final plat for Park Place Reserve Section One being 13.438 acres out of Lots 9 and 11, Waterman's S/d and consisting of 55 lots. Located west of Fm 2004 and north of 32nd Ave. No. (Action).
ITEM NO. 3 Other business (Any conceptual development proposal requesting to come before the Planning Board).
