Consider and take action on Resolution No. 20-06, entering into a loan agreement with Georgia Meyer for property located at 811 6th Street

Consider and take action on Resolution No. 20-07, approving an Incentive Agreement with Jerome Karam of Mall of the Mainland.
d.
Consider and take action on Resolution No. 20-08, approving an agreement with College of the Mainland to provide funding for training/ education of Texas City Independent School Districts' graduating seniors who reside in Texas City.
e.
Consider and take action on Resolution No, 20-09 approving the purchase of properties located at 1201 1st Ave N., 6013 Diamond Court, 214 North Texas, 222 Ageria, and other similar properties from the Property In Trust (PIT) Sale for the Hurricane Harvey Relief Program.
f.
Consider and take action on Resolution No. 20-10, approving the sale of TCEDC property located at Highway 3 and 25th Avenue North.
