Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Reinvestment Zone Number One of the City of Texas City, Texas (the "Zi:,ne") will bold a joint meeting with the Board of Directors of Lago Mar Development Authority (the "Authority") on March 31, 2020 at 2:00 p.m., by teleconference* at 877- 810-9415, Access Code: 6506342, to discuss and, if appropriate, act upon the following items:
1.
Call to Order, confirmation of quorum;
2.
Public comment for items not on Agenda;
3.
Declare emergency;
4.
Memorandum regarding updates on procedural efforts relating to COVID-19;
5.
Discuss and take necessary action regarding minutes of the February 20, 2020 Meeting of the Zone and Authority.
Items for consideration by the Lago Mar Development Authority:
1.
Adopt Resolution Regarding Delegation of Authority Due to an Emergency;
2.
Authorize execution if Interlocal Agreement for Hughes Road and disbursement of bond proceeds;
3.
Receive and approve Bookkeeper Report including Payment of Invoices;
Items for consideration by Reinvestment Zone Number One:
1.
Receive report from Administrator;
2.
Adjourn.

*As a result of the current COVID-19 virus epidemic emergency, the convening at one location of a quorum of the Board is difficult or impossible. Therefore, the Board will conduct this meeting by telephone conference call rather than by physical quorum pursuant to Texas Government Code Sec. 551.125 and guidance of the Governor of the State of Texas. Members of the public are entitled to participate a.nd address the Board during the telephonic meeting. In all respects, this meeting will be open to the public and compliant with applicable law and guidance of the Governor of the State of Texas.
