ITEM NO. 1 Review and approval of the Final Plat for Lone Trail Village Section 6. A subdivision of 8.408 acres out of the WK Wilson Survey, Abstract No. 208, and the J. Sellers League, Abstract No. 180 in Galveston County, containing 25 lots. Located on the east side of Century Blvd. and north of Mall of the Mainland. (Action)
ITEM NO. 2 Review and approval of the Brookwater PUD. Being a 51 acre tract of of land situated in the WK Wilson Survey, Abstract No. 208 in Galveston County, containing approximately 200 lots. Located east of FM 2004, south of Moses Bayou and north of Mainland City Centre. (Action)
