NOTICE OF MEETING
The Planning Board of the City of Texas City will meet in a special-called meeting to consider and decide upon applications received to date and other business that will come before it in the Conference Room #2 at the Engineering & Planning Building, 7800 Emmett F. Lowry Expressway, on Monday, June 26, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.
AGENDA
(1) APPROVAL OF MINUTES - June 5, 2023
(2) PUBLIC COMMENTS
(3) Consider and take action on the Final Plat for Sunrise Cove Section 2. A subdivision of 29.20 acres of land situated in the D. L. Richards Survey, Abstract 167, Texas City.
(4) Consider and take action on the Final Plat for Beacon Point Blvd. A subdivision of 3.49 acres of land out of the Alexander Farmer League, A-11, Texas City. An entry road to be constructed east of the Gulf Freeway (1-45) frontage road.
(5) Consider and take action on the Development Plan for the Texas City Food Truck Park. Located at 718 6th Street North.
(6) Consider and take action on the Development Plan for Adventure Pointe Playland Park. Located at 5601 Gulf Freeway, south of Tanger Outlet Mall.
(7) Consider and take action on a request from the developer to change private streets to public streets in Lago Mar Pod 1 Section 1, Pod 2 Section 1 and Pod 2 Section 2.
