The Planning Board of the City of Texas City will meet in a special-called meeting to consider and decide upon applications received to date and other business that will come before it in the Conference Room #2 at the Engineering & Planning Building, 7800 Emmett F. Lowry Expressway, on Monday, July 10, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.

(4) Consider and take action on the Preliminary Plat for Lakeside Bayou Section 4, containing 92 lots and four reserves in four blocks. Being 20.782 acres of land out of the W. G. Banks Survey, A-36, Texas City.
