NOTICE OF MEETING
The Planning Board of the City of Texas City will meet in a special-called meeting to consider and decide upon applications received to date and other business that will come before it in the Conference Room #2 at the Engineering & Planning Building, 7800 Emmett F. Lowry Expressway, on Monday, August 28, 2023, at 5:00 p.m.
AGENDA
(1) APPROVAL OF MINUTES - July 24, 2023
(2) PUBLIC COMMENTS
(3) Consider and take action on the Final Plat for Lago Mar Pod 10 Section 5, containing 59 lots and three reserves in two blocks. A subdivision of 20.43 acres of land out of the Alexander Farmer League, A-11, Texas City. Located east of Pod 10 Section 4, north of the GCWA canal and west of Lago Mar Blvd.
(4) Consider and take action on the Final Plat for Steed Landing, containing 38 lots in two blocks. A subdivision of a 6.6720-acre tract of land in the Daniel L. Richardson Survey, Texas City. Located on 16th Avenue North between 14th Street North and 15th Street North (formerly St. John's United Methodist Church).
(5) Consider and take action on the Business Plan for Moonshine Cowgirls. Located at 221 6th Street North in the 6th Street Revitalization District.
