NOTICE OF MEETING
The Planning Board of the City of Texas City will meet in a regular meeting to consider and decide upon applications received to date and other business that will come before it in the Conference Room #2 at the Engineering & Planning Building, 7800 Emmett F. Lowry Expressway, on Monday, May 6, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.

Consider and take action on the Subdivision Master Plan for Memorial Village. Being a subdivision of approximately 99 lots on 32 acres. Located south of Memorial Drive and east of Simms Elementary School.

Consider and take action on the Development Plan for Texas City Plaza. Located at 2423 25th Avenue North (southeast corner of 25th Avenue North & 25th Street North).

Consider and take action on the Development Plan for Quick Quack Car Wash. Located at 3325 Palmer Hwy (formerly Schlotzsky's Restaurant).

Consider and take action on the Development Plan for Blusky EV Electric Vehicle Charging Stations – Lago Mar. Located at 12930 Crystal View Blvd (Lagoonfest Parking Lot).

Consider and take action on the Development plan for COM Renovations to WELD Tech, Industrial ED and Physical Ed Buildings. Located at 1200 N. Amburn Rd.
