Alpha Omega Power, LLC seeks to revise the Development Plan (Site Plan) for an electric power generating station utilizing lithium-ion battery energy storage system (BESS) previously approved by the Planning Board at its regular meeting on July 22, 2024. The zoning change from District "F" (Light Industrial) to District "S-P" was previously approved by the Zoning Commission at its meeting on August 6, 2024,
and preliminary zoning approval was approved by the City Commission at its meeting on September 4, 2024. Located at 701 Hwy 146 N, west of S.H. 146 N and north of the existing Golden Rule Logistics.
