Consider and take action on Resolution No. 15-26, authorizing the board president to enter into an agreement to swap roughly 20 acres of TCEDC property for roughly 30 acres of 412 Central Park, Ltd (Tom Moughon) property on land behind Mall of the Mainland and between FM 2004 and Century Blvd.
c.
Consider and take action on Resolution No. 15-27, authorizing the board president to sell roughly 1.8 acres of land located behind Mall of the Mainland along FM 2004 to 412 Central Park, Ltd (Tom Moughon) in accordance with the 2008 agreement between the TCEDC and 412 Central Park, Ltd.

Consider and take action on Resolution No. 15-28, authorizing the TCEDC Board President to accept all or any of the following properties to be donated from the Kohlfeldt Limited Partnership:
