The Texas City Cultural Arts Foundation, Inc. Board of Directors met Tuesday, January 22, 2019, at 3:00 p.m., in the City Hall Conference Room, 1801 9th Avenue North, in Texas City, Texas. A quorum having been met, the meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m. by Dayna Perren with the following in attendance:

Consider and take action on election of Officers and Oath of Office.
It was decided to keep the current officers with Dayna Perren as Chairperson and JoAnn Hackbarth as ViceChairperson.
James Hartshorn, City Secretary, administed the Oath of Office.

Consider and take action on minutes from April 23, 2018, Texas City Cultural Arts Foundation, Inc meeting.

Consider and take action on Resolution No. 19-01, approving the actions of the Officers of the Board of the Texas City Cultural Arts Foundation for the previous fiscal year 2017-2018.

Consider and take action on Resolution No. 19-02, adopting the 2018-2019 fiscal year budget of the Texas City Cultural Arts Foundation.

Schedule for the 2019 Art Festival.
Nicole Best, Reservations Superintendent, stated that the theme for the 2019 Art Festival is the Monarch Butterfly.

Having no further business. Dayna Perren made a MOTION to ADJOURN at 3:21 p.m. the motion was SECONDED by Joseph Figarelli. The meeting was adjourned.
