The Texas City Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors met on March 31, 2020, at 4:30 p.m., in the City Hall Conference Room, 1801 9th Avenue North, in Texas City, Texas. A quorum having been met, the meeting was called to order at 4:34 pm by Rhomari Leigh with the following in attendance:

Consider and take action on Resolution No. 20-11, approving a business stimulus and retention grant.
Nicholas Finan provided background on the creation of the grant and its intended purpose.
Laura Boyd and Kyle Dickson suggested that businesses provide their W9 with the grant application.
