A Regular Called Meeting of the City Commission was held on Wednesday, SEPTEMBER 16, 2020, at 5:00 P.M. in the Kenneth T. Nunn Council Room in City Hall, Texas City, Texas and Via Zoom. A quorum having been met, the meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Mayor Matthew T. Doyle.

Darcie Valenzuela, Marketing Coordinator, stated that October 17th there will be a Drive-In movie. On October 24th there will be a "Can't Touch a Truck" event on 6th Street.
Commissioner At-Large Phil Roberts encouraged everyone to participate in United Way.
Mayor Doyle and Commissioner Bruce Clawson thanked city employees and first responders or their hard work and dedication.
