WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2020 – 5:00 P.M.
KENNETH T. NUNN COUNCIL ROOM – CITY HALL
 
A Regular Called Meeting of the City Commission was held on Wednesday, SEPTEMBER 16, 2020, at 5:00 P.M. in the Kenneth T. Nunn Council Room in City Hall, Texas City, Texas and Via Zoom. A quorum having been met, the meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Mayor Matthew T. Doyle.

MAYOR AND COMMISSIONERS' COMMENTS

Darcie Valenzuela, Marketing Coordinator, stated that October 17th there will be a Drive-In movie. On October 24th there will be a "Can't Touch a Truck" event on 6th Street.

Commissioner At-Large Phil Roberts encouraged everyone to participate in United Way.

Mayor Doyle and Commissioner Bruce Clawson thanked city employees and first responders or their hard work and dedication.

ADJOURNMENT
Having no further business, Commissioner Abel Garza, Jr. made a MOTION to ADJOURN at 5:24 p.m.; the motion was SECONDED by Commissioner AtLarge Bruce Clawson. All present voted AYE. MOTION CARRIED.
