The Texas City Cultural Arts Foundation, Inc. Board of Directors met on April 26, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., in the City Hall Council Room, 1801 9th Avenue North, in Texas City, Texas. A quorum having been met, the meeting was called to order at 4:01 p.m. by JoAnn Hackbarth with the following in attendance:

Consider and take action on minutes from April 5, 2022, Texas City Cultural Arts Foundation, Inc. meeting.
Motion by Vice-Chairperson Dayna Perren, Seconded by Director Mary Dickson
Vote: 4 - 0 CARRIED
(b)
Review applicants and select recipients for the 2022 Texas City Cultural Arts Foundation, Inc. Scholarship.
Motion by Chairperson JoAnn Hackbarth, Seconded by Director Mark Lyon to award a $1,000.00 scholarship to Jauron Butler.
Vote: 4 - 0 CARRIED

The Board was asked to attend an award ceremony on May 12, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. to present awarded scholarships.

Having no further business. Mary Dickson made a MOTION to ADJOURN at 4:14 p.m. the motion was SECONDED by Dayna Perren. The meeting was adjourned.
