The Texas City Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors met on February 15, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. in the Charles T. Doyle Convention Center, Goyens Room, 2010 5th Ave. N., in Texas City, Texas. A quorum having been met, the meeting was called to order at 10:37 a.m. by Mark Ciavaglia with the following in attendance:

Consideration and take action on Resolution No. 2023-03, authorizing the allocation of $100,000.00 for the purpose of residential demolition projects, in accordance with Bid No. 2023-002.
Motion by Director Bruce Clawson, Seconded by Mayor/ Director Dedrick D. Johnson
Vote: 4 - 0 CARRIED
