The Texas City Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors met on June 7, 2023, at 3:30 p.m., in the City Hall Conference Room, 1801 9th Avenue North, in Texas City, Texas. A quorum having been met, the meeting was called to order at 3:32 p.m. by Mark Ciavaglia with the following in attendance:

Discussion and possible action pertaining to an Economic Development Corporation budget adjustment in the amount of $42,200 to allow for the purchase of property located at 607 6th Street, as well as a Phase I Site Assessment of the facility.
Motion by Director Larry Edrozo, Seconded by Vice-Chairperson Randy Dietel
Vote: 4 - 0 CARRIED

Discussion and possible action pertaining to two proposed commercial demolition projects, located at 330 8th Street, Texas City, Galveston County, Texas, and 206 S. Washington Street, Texas City, Galveston County, Texas.
Motion by Director Bruce Clawson, Seconded by Vice-Chairperson Randy Dietel
Vote: 4 - 0 CARRIED
