Consider and take action on Resolution No. 2024-01, approving the action of the Officers of the Public Facilities Development Corporation for the 2022-2023 fiscal year.

Consider and take action on Resolution No. 2024-02, adopting the 2023-2024 fiscal year budget for the Public Facilities Development Corporation.
