	b.				Consider and take action on the Master Plan for Marlow Lake North Subdivision. Located west of SH 3 and north of Marlow Lake Subdivision.
	c.				Consider and take action on the Preliminary Plat for Holland Retail. A subdivision of 5.3001 acres of land situated in the Alexander Farmer Survey, Abstract No. 11, City of Texas City, Galveston County, Texas. Located at 6601 Gulf Fwy, Texas City.
