	a.				Request for Variance to Area and Height Regulations -Del Papa Distributing Co. requests a variance from 160.039 (D) to increase the maximum building height from 30' to 75' and to remove the maximum lot area restriction of three acres. Located at 1220 Gulf Fwy, Texas City.
	b.				Request for Variance to Minimum Lot Width - Jessica Farnham requests a variance from 160.024 (D) to decrease the minimum lot depth from 100' to 81' to build a small house on an odd-shaped lot in District "A" (Single Family Residential). Located at 0 Roberts Street, Texas City.
	c.				Request for Variance to Minimum Lot Width - Erick Salanic requests a variance from 160.029 (D) to reduce the 80' minimum lot width to 75' to construct a duplex in District "C" (Multi Family Residential). Located at 223 3rd Street North.

	e.				Request for Variance to Minimum Distance Separation of Off-Premise Sign - Ronald Francois, Advertising Higher Inc., requests a variance from 155.067 (E) to place an off-premise sign within less than 3,500' of another off-premise pole sign on the same side of the highway. Located at 3201 Hwy 146 S, Texas City.
